Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Glamourpods is dedicated to giving our shoppers the best service available, and in turn we want to make returns and exchanges as simple as possible. We ask that you read the below information regarding your return or exchange in full and comply with the terms and conditions set out in order to make the process as efficient as possible.
Help us to maintain the quality of products by doing the following:
a. Cancel or amend an order
Glamourpods works hard to process and dispatch your products as quickly as possible, therefore upon processing your order, complete with payment, you have an one-hour window to cancel or amend your order. If you have missed the one-hour processing deadline, please wait for the arrival of your items and follow either the Returns or Exchange procedures as listed below.
b. Return an item for a refund
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, please contact us within14 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (“RMA”) form and number.
Please provide us with your order number, product name, Glamourpods product code and proof of date on which the package was received when contacting us for a RMA. Please note that in the interests of hygiene, items marked with a symbol "+" next to the product name cannot be returned, unless they have remained in their original wrapping or are faulty. Any non-refundable hygienic items received by Glamourpods will be returned to you. Additionally, any items that have been customised or made to order are not eligible for refund.
Items should be returned new, unused, undamaged and with all the original tags and labels attached. Any items delivered in branded packaging need to be returned with the original branded packaging intact.
Once you have received your RMA form and number, you can then return the item to Glamourpods. We will confirm receipt of your item by email. After inspection of the item you return and the item is in a satisfactory condition as stated in the paragraph above, we will issue a full refund. Refund timescales may vary, so please allow at least 30 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.
If the delivery was subject to additional import tax by the Local Import Authority, Glamourpods is not responsible for the refund of this tax if items are returned to Glamourpods. We advise customers to contact the Local Import Authority directly for a refund of this tax should an item be returned.
c. Exchange an item for another
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (“RMA”) form and number.
Please provide us with your order number, product name Glamourpods product code and proof of date on which the package was received when contacting us for a RMA. We recommend that all documentation proving payments of tax are to be kept by the customer until you are completely satisfied with your items.
d. Faulty item
If you have received a faulty item, please contact us with the reasons why the item is faulty. We will then advise how to proceed. Upon receipt and after inspection of the item, we will refund, replace or exchange your item.

Help us to maintain the quality of products by doing the following:
- Do not remove tags and/or labels.
- No perfumes, aftershave, deodorant or items that will leave a smell (however pleasant) on the merchandise.
- Return all original packaging with any enclosed documentation (specifically related to branded items).
- Avoid scratching on jewellery by storing the item in a non-abrasive box or pouch.
