Glamourpods use a number of delivery services to get your desired items to you. We use the most effective and cost-efficient delivery service but the delivery time scale may vary depending on your location.
Please note that if items are on pre-order or are out of stock, additional time will be required for shipment above the standard delivery timescale. You will be informed of the time required by email upon order confirmation. Items may also arrive in a number of packages and you will be informed by email when the items have been dispatched.
Glamourpods works with Designers to provide free delivery via standard shipping to all destinations around the globe.

* Glamourpods is not responsible for any import tax that may be incurred on international shipments. If charged by the final destination Imports Authority, the end customer is responsible for any additional import tax or Value Added Tax (VAT) that may be levied on the shipment.
Please note that when orders are shipped internationally and have reached the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Shipping restrictions:
Items made of exotic skins and furs cannot be shipped outside of Hong Kong SAR, China. If you add one of these items to your cart and your shipping destination is one of the restricted countries, you will receive a notification that this item will not be dispatched and payment will be refunded to you. If you wish to re-purchase the item, you will need to change the destination address.
Refused Shipments:
If you refuse a shipment from Glamourpods, you are responsible for any shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Glamourpods. The amount will be deducted from your RMA refund. Please email your shipping and handling questions or comments to [email protected].
International Shipping:
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Hong Kong SAR, China may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient in the destination country of the shipment is the importer on record and is responsible for all Import Fees.
Import Fees must be paid by the person receiving the package when it reaches its destination.
In the case of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient, Import Fees must be paid by the person receiving the package in the destination country.
To obtain details regarding the actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Carrier specified in your shipment confirmation e-mail.
